Mic Drop
For Youth

BTS (Bangtan sonyeondan/Bulletproof Boyscouts

BTS consists of seven members RM, their leader, Jin, SUGA, J-hope, Jimin, V and Jung-kook. They are a South Korean band that was formed in 2010 and debuted in 2013 under Big Hit Entertainment. They co-write and co-produce much of their own material. Since their debut they have gone on to win both korean and international awards. They joined hands with UNICEF (United Children's Fund) and expanded their "Love Yourself" campaign which stands against violence towards children and teens around the world, hoping to make the world better through their music. They became the first Korean ensemble to receive a certification from the Recording Industry Association for their single "Mic Drop" and as of 2022 they are the best-selling artist in South Korean History. They've been at the UN twice, once to perform and once to give a speech and they have been to the White house to talk about Anti-Asian racism. They inspire their fans, known as A.R.M.Y (adorable representation of maturity and youth), to at least try to improve themselves and the world around them.
